TalentRoom is the result of a collaboration between recruitment firm Morgan Hunt and software company Alvius.

Through years of service to a wide variety of public sector customers, Morgan Hunt saw a need to amalgamate the plethora of different systems used to find and manage workers. TalentRoom emerged from a vision to drive down costs through the delivery of an innovative talent pool enabled by complete VMS and ATS capabilities.

To build this system Morgan Hunt identified Alvius, one of the first approved suppliers of talent pool technology to the public sector, as the perfect collaborator. TalentRoom is built around Alvius’ market leading talent pooling platform, which is used by more than 100,000 workers and 1,000 employers.
